- Creation of Material Lists.

- Search of suitable Suppliers and Facade Construction Companies.

- Creation of a call for Tenders for the necessary residual Work.

- Negotiation and Commissioning on behalf of the General Company.

- Creation of Appointment Schedules for the remaining Work.

- Monitoring the Execution.
